Coaching with Jody Gonzalez - Refund Policy
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to coaching services provided by Coaching with Jody Gonzalez. By purchasing and participating in our coaching services, you agree to be bound by this policy.
**1. Refund Timeframe:**
We offer a seven (7) day refund period from the date of your initial purchase. Refund requests must be submitted within this timeframe to be considered.
**2. Eligible Services:**
This refund policy applies to all individual and group coaching services offered by Coaching with Jody Gonzalez.
3. Refund Conditions and Requirements:
Refund Request Form:** To request a refund, you must complete and submit a refund/cancellation form, available upon request from Jody Gonzalez at [email protected]. This form requires you to provide a detailed explanation of the reasons for your refund request.
Completion of Assignments and Attendance:** By purchasing our coaching services, you agree to actively participate in the coaching process, including attending scheduled appointments and completing assigned homework or exercises. Failure to actively participate may impact your eligibility for a refund.
Package Purchases:** For purchases of coaching packages, a minimum administrative fee of $100.00 will be deducted from any approved refund. This fee covers administrative costs associated with processing the purchase and any initial setup.
4. Refund Process:**
Submission:** Submit the completed refund/cancellation form to Jody Gonzalez at [email protected] within the 7-day refund period.
Review:** Upon receipt of your refund request, Jody Gonzalez will review your submission and may contact you for further clarification.
Decision:** We will notify you of our decision regarding your refund request within 30 business days of receiving your completed form.
Refund Issuance:** If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 10 business days of the approval notification. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
5. Non-Refundable Items:**
The following items are non-refundable:
* Services provided outside of the 7-day refund period.
* Any expenses incurred by the client as a result of participating in the coaching program (e.g., sessions already provided, no show sessions, travel, materials).
* Portions of coaching packages that have already been delivered or utilized.
**6. Cancellation Policy:**
While this policy primarily addresses refunds, please note that cancellations of scheduled coaching sessions require a minimum of 72 hours notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the session.
**7. Discretion:**
Coaching with Jody Gonzalez reserves the right to deny a refund request if, in our sole discretion, we believe the refund request is not justified, is made in bad faith, or violates the terms of this Refund Policy.
**8. Modifications:**
Coaching with Jody Gonzalez reserves the right to modify or amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other official communication channels.
