We can make a difference in our communities by having proper Health & Safety training and helping when and where we can.
Remember the first step in Health & Safety is to make sure the scene is safe! Please be sure to make sure you are safe before offering assistance and please make sure the victim is safe before starting CPR or First Aid. Never put yourself or others at risk. You are there to help so please look and listen and then act.
