WHY NOT?
The reason I chose the name: Mystic Lotus is what it represents to me and the ripple effect I hope to make in the world.
Mystic: someone that believes in the mysteries of life. There is so much to learn, experience and enjoy and each day is a gift. for me, I get to enjoy far more days because someone was skilled enough to save my life.
Lotus: the flower that blooms from the "yuck" after it has risen above the "yuck".
"Yuck": Challenges, (a softer description for many things).
We as individuals have our own journey to rise above the yuck or challenges of our lives, learn, grow, strengthen and increase wisdom. While a lot of our work we need to do for ourselves and by ourselves, we are all part of the human community. We are not only social creatures but interdependent as well.
