HAPPY 4TH WEEKEND 2015!

Remember a safe weekend is fun weekend! 

Keep your First Aid kit, emergency phone numbers and a phone handy!  

• Stay hydrated! Drink water, coconut water and/or sports drinks
• Stay cool
• Have drinks and snacks handy at all times
• Keep children away from fireworks
•  Make sure everyone has their EPI pens, inhalers or any emergency medications with them and easy to access if needed.

• Hand over the keys: Do NOT drink and drive!
• Watch for other drivers & buckle up
• Pay attention to your surroundings! 
• Put the phone and distractions down!
• Keep a bucket or a water hose nearby 
• Supervise fireworks, hot grills, lighters and matches
• Be sure to read all directions before lighting fireworks

BE PREPARED TO HAVE FUN! 

Remember that children, animals and our elderly need us to help them with their health and safety needs the most. 

Please keep your animals safe and happy. 

Bring them in and keep them in a quiet space while you are out enjoying the festivities. 

Pets can become extremely afraid and even injury themselves trying to escape the noise.

Know who your first responders are. First responders are trained in CPR & First Aid.
